INJOY is a Hampton roads based community organization who exist to help individuals improve their quality of life through Mental Health awareness, advocacy and fun. During this event we will unpack the history of Black Mental Health, debunk the stigma associated with Mental Health in the black community, learn tools to cope and get the help we deserve.
