Vino Vinyasa classes bring together vinyasa-based yoga and fun wine facts through creative yoga poses. Each hour long educational class ends with a comparative wine tasting of two wines, inviting you to mindfully taste what's in your glass while applying what you learned through the poses.  Come flow at Barsha Wine & Spirits Tasting Room in Manhattan Beach, CA. After yoga, we invite you to stay for more wine & snacks. Mat rental is available for $2 (just email [email protected]) Must be 21+ to attend. About Barsha Barsha, the restaurant & wine bar + shop is the creation of Adnen & Lenora Marouani. The word Barsha means abundance in Tunisian. Barsha in Manhattan Beach was established in 2012. Barsha Wine & Spirits Tasting Room features wine, spirits, and food products from around the world. It also houses a wine bar that serves small bites & themed wine tastings.
