I’m looking for contractors and/or individuals for ongoing fix and flip properties around the Metro East. Before you continue reading know that I pull background checks and will not hire anyone with an extensive background. I’m looking for skilled guys that have the knowledge to complete full remodels to make houses market ready. This current project needs flooring, painting, light fixtures, demo, minor electrical, fence install, minor siding repair, the crawl space jacked up,windows, doors,etc. If you have all of your own tools, a truck, and the knowledge feel free to respond. Treat me right and you will be rewarded. If you’re not reliable, don’t have the knowledge to do full remodels, or have a drug/alcohol problem please don’t respond. Call only between 8 am and 8pm.
