We will look to the Emerald Isle to enjoy a selection of some of the finest Irish whiskies available. We will try a selection including both traditional and more modern expressions, as well as an examination of the effects that different finishing styles have on these wonderful libational gems. The Whiskey House is pleased to announce a new series of events, designed for those of our guests who are interested in learning more about whiskey and spirits in general. We are collaborating with local Spirits Educator, Rex Schulze, to conduct a series of “Tutored Tastings” to celebrate the history, production, and story behind the many great liquors available today. Classes are on the 3rd Wednesday of each month, will begin at 6:00 and run for approximately 90 minutes. Each class will cost $50, and will include approximately 7 spirit samples paired with an array of delicious, light palate-cleansing appetizers. A 25% discount is available to those who wish to stay and enjoy any food and drink at the conclusion of the class. Currently, these sessions are each limited to 40 people, so please secure your seat before we sell out!
