I can’t keep him due to my landlord. We believe he is a shih tzu mix. He’s not neutered. There is a small rehoming fee. Someone keeps flagging my post on him so it’s been hard trying to find him a new home. He is very loveable great with kids! He’s just very shy at first. He’s such a happy little cute small dog.
