Weekly inspection + maintenance of parking lot, trash area, and area surrounding our unit. This job will require a full deep cleaning to start, and then regular maintenance after. Trash collection from parking lot. Cleaning of dumpster area. Blow off leaves from parking lot. Exterior pressure washing Store window cleaning Weed control along curbs/light poles/walks/landscaping Help with snow removal on sidewalks + entry way Pothole repairs Minor painting ... other odd-jobs $15/hour
