Please join the director of Montessori Learning Collective for an Open House for families interested in a pure Montessori education for their child of 2.5 through 6 years old. Children must independently use the toilet to be ready, many chidren are ready during the third year of life! Montessori education is a research based model of educating children using a 3 year cycle, which includes the Kindergarten year. Families attending our small Montessori school commit to the three year cycle of education, wellness protocols which include vaccination and to collaborate with educators to ensure each child meets their full potential. Our school focuses on the 'whole child': social, emotional, spiritual, gross motor, fine motor, and cognitive domains. Montessori Learning Collective staff consists of professional educators who are masters in their areas of expertise. Parents are welcome to attend this open house to receive an introdution to Montessori educational practices, and see the learning environemnts and ask the director questions about our program. We are a full day school program open 7:45-5:15 pm Monday-Friday. We operate on a school schedule offering a minumum of 180 school days August-June. We now accept ABC Vouchers to supplement monthly tuition. We are located at the Unity Church, 2535 Leeds Ave. North Charelston, SC, 29405, on a beautiful 4 acre property with ample green space, gardens, honeybees, walking labyrinth, etc. Montessori Learning Collective looks forward to sharing our Montessori village with families looking for high quality early childhood education with committed professional educators.
