The Chino Basin Water Conservation District in sponsorship with Fontana Water Company, Inland Empire Utilities Agency, Monte Vista Water District, and the cities of Chino, Chino Hills & Upland is hosting our annual Waterwise Garden & Pumpkin Fest to provide community members with free water related resources and family-friendly activities and entertainment.
