This is a fundraiser for the FRLA Northeast Chapter. With funds supporting hospitality education and our advocacy efforts. FRLA supports sixteen Northeast area High Schools that have a ProStart Culinary Training program, training the future chefs of our industry. Our advocacy efforts last year resulted in the passing of the alcohol to go bill, allowing restaurants to serve to-go drinks permanently in Florida. This will be a fun day with your industry peers. Whether you are a first-time participant or an expert shooter, bring your team members or clients out for a fun day of networking and team building.
