Join us for this high energy, all levels welcome, come as you are, let loose Hip Hop Dance class! This class is for all fitness and dance levels. You will challenge your body to move in ways that it typically doesn’t move. This is THE PERFECT PLACE to give yourself permission to DANCE LIKE NO ONE IS WATCHING!! Give yourself the opportunity to experience the energy that comes from the union of great people, music, and movement that WILL be a GREAT workout!!
