Property Management Company seeking a full time Maintenance Supervisor at 4 of our properties in Sumner WA. Maintenance Technician Responsibilities: • Participate in all maintenance projects. • Participate in after-hours emergency scheduling. • Be responsible for inventory control and utilization of maintenance materials. Maintenance personnel must provide their own supply of “basic” tools of the trade. • Assist Community Manager in scheduling maintenance personnel, service requests, and adhering to other maintenance priorities. • Be responsible for the refurbishing of apartments prior to resident occupancy. • Maintain accurate records regarding preventive maintenance, service requests, apartment make-ready, and periodic inspections. • Perform preventive maintenance for all equipment based on manufacturer’s recommendations and operating manuals. • Periodically inspect apartment interiors, building exterior and common areas (including pool and spa areas), performing repairs and janitorial assistance as needed. • Identify all utility meter shut offs, apartment and fixture shut offs, sewer clean outs and prepare maps indicating the same. • Verify that maintenance rooms and other storage areas are kept locked and cleaned, and maintain adequate lighting for the interior and exterior. • Have constant knowledge regarding contracts and suppliers, their services and goods. • Comply with all community and employee policies. • Performs any of the duties as request/assigned by supervisor/employer. Requirements: • Professional appearance • Professional verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • Basic computer/technology skills • Valid Driver’s License • Reliable transportation Maintenance Requirements: • O7B Trainee License (Provided by company) • Lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 lbs.
