Hi there! I have two private creative spaces available for rent. I am in the process of expanding business into a larger facility and would love to share the space with some local artists or creative people. The unit is a 3000 sqft commercial space near Bryn Mawr and Sheridan (in Edgwater). Just to be clear, this is a commercial studio space, not a residence. I already have 5 people who are leasing other rooms. Perks of the space are that all utilities are included. Additionally, there is a gymnasium that can be used for free at anytime for pop up shops or other open houses. Spaces can be altered and utilized for your business! We have recently turned one into a gorgeous high end showroom. All utilities, aside from the internet, are included in the rent! We have one large spaces renting out at $550 (480sq ft). One smaller 240 sq ft studio for $350. The larger space would be excellent for a photography studio. The previous tenant of the smaller space stripped the carpet and painted on the walls. You are able to do whatever you want to the space so it best fits your needs.
