Looking for experienced preservation contractors in the Miami, Broward, and surrounding areas. We have consistent work for an every day schedule. Must have experience, own tools, transportation, etc. We are not a daily work, daily pay business. We pay bi-weekly as orders pay out from the clients.
Must be familiar with PPW, preservation photo requirements, etc.
If you do not know what 35241, A389, HUD locks are, this job is not for you.
