We are seeking a full-time housekeeper to care for our home in South Beach. The house consists of two adult men and a little Yorkie. This is a 3-bedroom home, 2 bath, two story, with a large pool and backyard.
REQUIREMENTS:
1.) Absolutely MUST speak and understand English
2.) Detailed oriented
3.) Well organized
4.) Ability to self-manage tasks
5.) COVID vax
6.) Clean criminal background
7.) No drug users
8.) No drama queens
DUTIES:
1.) Clean the entire house daily. This includes dusting, moping, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen and windows.
2.) Clean the outdoor patio area daily. This includes picking up any items left from the night before, (i.e. empty glasses, pool towels, etc.)
3.) Do laundry daily or as needed.
4.) Prepare coffee maker daily.
5.) Remove kitchen trash to trash bins daily.
6.) Clean refrigerator weekly.
7.) Polish all wood furniture weekly.
8.) Other tasks as directed.
COMPENSATION/SCHEDULE:
Work Days: Monday thru Friday
Work Hours: 8am to 4pm
Salary: $18.50 per hour
Paid Weekly
Lunch included
