OPEN HOUSE hours are flexible. Come and go as needed between 3:30-5:00 pm. What: 4-H is the nation's largest youth development organization and uses a learn by doing approach to help youth gain knowledge and life skills needed to be productive, responsible citizens. Who: Any Bay County youth ages 5-18 (as of September 1, 2022), are invited to enroll in Bay County 4-H and join the new gardening club! There is a $20 membership fee to join 4-H. During this initial meeting, youth ages 8 and above will discuss a club name and participate in activities, including potting a plant for a 4-H entry into the North Florida Fair. Younger children can plant, however, their plant cannot compete in the Fair due to competition rules. Parents will complete 4-H enrollment on-line.
