We Are Hiring!!! Production Pay per Linear Foot. Average Pay $700-$900 Great Pay! Medical and Company Benefits! Guaranteed 40HRS Week! JDH is looking to hire 1 or 2 laborers to grow our Fence Division. Requirements: 1. Must have reliable transportation to the office. 2. Must be willing to travel inside of our market which extends roughly an hour radius around Savannah: Richmond Hill to Bluffton; Tybee to Springfield 3. Must be willing to work OUTDOORS year-round in all weather conditions. We install all types of fencing. This is NOT an indoor construction job. 4. Must be willing to work 40 hours a week Monday thru Friday, and at least 1 Saturday a month if needed. Expected Hours 7am-5pm Monday-Friday 5. Must be flexible and understand that we don’t “punch a clock”. Due to the nature of our business, we often have situations arise that requires us to stay a little late or come in a little early. 6. Must be willing to learn all aspects of our installation process, be flexible in the “job description”, and to be a team player. We have a small team, and we ALL share responsibilities. 7. Construction work is 100% Manual Labor. a. Must be willing and able to use a shovel & wheelbarrow b. Must be able to lift a minimum of 80lbs c. Must be able to carry materials needed in installation of fences d. Must be willing and able to hand dig and grade areas 8. Jobsites are occupied residential properties. Safety of our customers and their families is top priority. 9. Must be able to work autonomously when left unsupervised on jobsite. 10. No phones on jobsites except for emergency use Ideal Candidate: 1. Some construction experience is desired, but not required 2. Able to take direction with minimum supervision 3. Quick learner with desire to grow and be part of a team 4. Integrity when working on residential homes and around families 5.
