I have a wonderful concept AND a ready-written business plan as well as where to procure the trucks, knowledge of every facet of the food/prep/labor/business and marketing aspects. I seek you..and about 52k in investment with a solid contract protecting us both.. The intent is to start with one truck and achieve two trucks and a small restaurant within 3 years..expanding with more trucks after that in Atlanta and Jax and go from there.
