Recruiting participants for a 60-day wellness clinical study in Des Moines, IA starting Sept 20th, 2022. The focus of this study will be to determine the rate of weight loss and size loss resulting from performing 15-minutes per day of simple, but specific body positioning and breathing techniques. Complete guidance and access to the program is provided to you during the clinical study so that you can follow the program at home. The program is designed to boost metabolism, increase fat burning while improving other health and wellness parameters. This is not a solicitation. You will not be required to purchase any products or services. There are no supplements, equipment/devices, diets, or restrictive lifestyle changes involved. In this phase, we are recruiting additional participants to expand the number of participants in a current study which began in August. The initial results of the current participants reached statistically significant body size loss. Average results in the first 10 days were 1 inch lost around the tummy area (measured at belly button), 0.7 inch lost at hips and 1 inch lost at thigh. Requirements: ⦁ Age 18 to 55 ⦁ Interest in losing 10 lbs, 15 lbs, 25 lbs. or more. ⦁ Must have transportation to local site(s) for routine scheduled body measurements. ⦁ No MAJOR physical anatomical restrictions. We are currently scheduling additional participants for their initial measurements (weight, size, body fat analysis and photographs) at the Lynden & Cypress Rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn on Sept 20th. If selected, then you will begin the program the same day and continue for 60 days with measurements being taken after 10 days, 30 days and 60 days. Transportation costs will be covered for your attendance at each of the measurement dates.
