They were going to run a huge water cylinder down the coast from Oregon deep under the sand to CA but the environmentalists complained it would disturb the fish habbitaion. Apparently fish are more important than humans in CA. Basically we have a bunch of lazy worthless dumbfucks running the state. Of course when it comes to drilling oil off the coast and pumping it through pipes is exceptable. This crap is why thre are no more living wage jobs in CA and over a Million Homeless
