Fellow creative! I share my recording space and am looking for someone creative, kind, considerate, responsible, and clean to involve themselves with a lovely and vibed out space in DTLA with a hybrid analog/digital recording infrastructure and space to host an entire band. It is my personal recording playground with an analog TAC Scorpion 32x8x2 mixing console and PT10/11 HD system with mics and instruments. There are drum kits, keys, piano, guitar/bass amps etc... I share the time and though I hold sessions in the space and before the pandemic I had 3 studio mates and everyone was happy with how much time they get. Looking for 3 more now that things are moving towards normalcy. Its roughly 1000 sq/ft with 12 ft ceilings, has an iso booth thats roughly 9ft x 5 ft and a wonderful view of the DTLA skyline from the windows.
