Moving dirt- landscape labor

I have a water feature that we are filling in with dirt. I need someone to come to pump the water out (a shop vac will work), remove many of the smaller stones (slightly larger than your hand), and set them aside. Locate the irrigation point filling the pond and mark it so it is accessible later in the Spring. Add in fill dirt 2/3, top 1/3 should be good planting soil. Line up retrieved stones and place them at the edge of the newly filled dirt pile. You will need a pump or shop vac, view the water feature/pond, and estimate the amount of dirt you will need. I will pay for the dirt. Pick up the dirt in a truck and deliver it to the house. Use wheelbarrows to transport the dirt across the yard. Shovels, broom, blower. I need this done in the next three weeks. I am flexible on the day and time for the most part. I would like to pay hourly with an estimate of the hours.
