Pure Water North, a locally owned and established business to business point of use water machine company is currently seeking a Field Service Technician to install and perform preventative maintenance on our filtered water systems, and ice machines. A typical day would consist of water machine installations, preventative maintenance, and some repairs. The Field Service Technician also acts as the face of Pure Water North, providing a positive customer service experience during site visits. The Field Service Technician reports to the Service Manager and will operate a company vehicle. We provide a hands-on training process upon hire. If you are currently working in maintenance, installations, installing of drinking water coolers or coffee machines, field tech, technician, HVAC, installer, plumber, electrician, business service deliveries, or copier technician we want to hear from you.  A typical schedule for a Field Service Technician is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. This may vary depending on service market and drive times.  Essential Functions Installing water machines in a proficient and professional manner Routinely change water filters, clean and sanitize water tanks, and clear water lines Visually inspect for leaks and malfunctions Perform service tasks and other job-related duties as assigned Responsible for following company and customer safety policies and procedures Maintain and comply with company vehicle maintenance policy and procedures Technician would have strong technical and mechanical aptitude Technician would have familiarity with basic tools and maintain ability to transport both equipment and tools to customer sites Regular and reliable attendance Qualifications Experience in repair and maintenance Technical school degree and general computer skills helpful Must have good verbal and written skills Ability to learn the internal workings and repair approaches to repairing water machines Ability to work in a fast pace environment where quantity and quality go hand in hand A clean work record and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Physical requirements include ability to bend, squat, walk with heavy equipment, climb ladders, and lift 50+ pounds Valid driver’s license with a good driving record $22 - $24 per hour plus signing bonus We are looking for a customer focused motivated team player that is dedicated to getting the job done.
