We are hiring dedicated construction laborers to join our team. You will be responsible for loading and unloading frequently heavy materials and follow directions from supervisors and other skilled tradesmen. To do well in this role you should be physically fit, reliable, and be a hard worker. RESPONSIBILITIES Help equipment carpenters, and other skilled labor when necessary. Load or unload construction materials. Follow instructions from supervisors. Assist craft workers. Ready to learn from on-the-job training when necessary. Assisting in the erection of project scaffolding Positioning and holding timbers, lumber, or paneling in place for fastening Assist with other trades Maintain a clean job site- pick up tools/equipment and secure job site each day in order to eliminate potential hazards Light framing Works in a safe manner following all safety policies while performing job duties JOB REQUIREMENTS Valid driver's license preferred. Be at least 18 years of age. Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks. Ability to work in all weather. Workers must be punctual and reliable. Project Located in El Cajon CA. Prior construction/ general labor experience preferred, but not required. This is a Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm position, with occasional OT.
