Need swimming pool work

My swimming pool needs two types of work done: 1. Coping Repair or Replace - The current concrete coping, 12 years old, is crumbling because steel rebar was placed too close to the surface of the coping. I am looking for a skill pool repair person to evaluate and either repair or replace the coping. 2. Pool Leak - Using a dye test, it appears that the pool drain(s) may a leak that is letting water seep down into the bedrock beneath the pool. There are no obvious wet spots on the perimeter of the pool. I need someone to trace the leak source(s) and fix. Respond with: 1.Your qualifications/experience with either of these issues.
