My friend has been missing since 2021. They were mugged before coming back up North, their phone and possessions (very minimal) were stolen as they are homeless. Their name is Jess, usually has hair buzzed short, blond, brown eyes has a tattoo of barcode on back of neck. If you have any information please let me know. It can remain anonymous. Not knowing if they're dead or still on the streets is awful. Jess, if you see this. I will do whatever I can to help. I miss you and there's so much I'd love to talk about. All I know is they were around Oakland, I am in a different state and not familiar with the area or where main homeless population is, if anyone can help me I'd appreciate it.
