I'm looking for a person to install flooring vinyl planks, carpet, and Luan/vinyl flooring in the bathroom... The vinyl planks pay $1 per square foot but you must install quarter round as well... There's roughly 225 sq ft per two bedrooms And one bedroom is roughly 180 sq ft Carpet pay $75 per room with two bedrooms one room involves a seam strip and the other room does not have a seam strip involved Bathroom Luan / vinyl flooring is one sheet glue down and pays $50 per bathroom Payout is everything you get done by Friday @ 3p.m you get paid the following Friday by 11a.m... No this is a subcontractor position you will have to sign a non-compete waiver, and also each job is perfect contract 6149027719
