Molding carpenters will use their knowledge of materials, methods and techniques to bring design concepts to reality in our fully equipped carpentry shop. ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES • Read and understand shop drawings of varying complexity levels • Provide feed back to design and drafting on manufacturability of designs • Build mold ranging from simple boxes to complex ornate designs • Safely and effectively use woodworking tools and equipment • Inspect and provide records that design requirements are produced • Communicate project status and schedule with supervisor • Maintenance of carpentry equipment as needed JOB REQUIREMENTS • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and leadership • Punctuality, Dependability and Professional conduct in all areas • Self-motivated, detail oriented, ability to work in fast-paced environment, where priorities often change • Must work independently as well as function as a team member, always taking initiative. • Extended hours, beyond the regular workday, may be required depending on priorities. • Ability to work in various conditions and physical environments.
