Looking for long-term volunteer opportunities

Looking for long-term volunteer opportunities for socialization and to help develop new job skills and more recent work history/references for future employment. I’ve been on disability for awhile and cannot return to former career due to injury. I cannot do repetitive heavy lifting, bending, or overhead reaching. I have previous experience in healthcare, emergency services, working with children and adults with disabilities, disability advocacy, and am part of the LGBT community. Opportunities do not have to be limited to this. I am looking for inclusive organizations with a healthy work culture.
