Condo owner is seeking an experienced technician to remove existing fiberglass tub and shower surround and replace existing with ceramic shower surround. Technician to demo and remove existing fiberglass shower surround from the property (2 flight of stairs) leading up to condo. Owner to provide all ceramic tile, new diverter, shower head and drain. Technician to provide ALL other materials. Existing room dimensions 101” x 64”. New shower to be 35” x 64” tub/shower. Please submit an estimate to remove fiberglass shower enclosure, install new ceramic tile shower and provide all materials except tile, diverter, shower head and shower drain.
