Need temporary help with my two dogs

I need a temporary home with huge outdoor space and someone who loves dogs and spending time walking / running with them daily for two loving affectionate German Shepherd/ Malinois mix dogs. They are my 21 year old sons dogs and he’s having a health emergency. I am a single mother with a spinal injury and recently was kicked out of our home due to the landlord selling the house. I have no current house and have no ability to take the dogs everywhere I go ( classes, store, etc) with my 11 year old. My 21 year old does not want to lose his dogs as they are largely what’s keeping him alive. Thank you so much for your help and care.
