Remove and replace 2 sets of exterior metal stairs. Must be licensed and provide 3 references. Job entails: 1) Pull permit. 2) Safely remove and take old stairs to the dump. Active office park, but very minimal traffic. Easy access. 3) Within 48 hours of removal, complete the install of new stairs (to safely accommodate foot traffic - ok if there are small details left). A-OK to do one set at a time (i.e., and second set starts in a reasonable time after) AND/OR also A-OK if you do them both at the same time (i.e., seems most efficient with trades). We have a design but can discuss.
