Need to rehome my cat

I need to rehome my boy. I am not sure why he is doing what he is doing, but he is ruining my things. He has never done this before, but I cannot afford to keep replacing everything. He is a good cat, but I cannot handle him pissing on everything. He is fixed and he loves to cuddle. I want to find someone who knows how to correct this problem and is willing to give him a good home. He is an indoor cat, although he acts like he wants to go out. Because of where we live I cannot just let him out. Please call or text me if you are serious. If I cannot find a home for him, I will be taking him to the local shelter.
