Looking for Maintenance Personal for these locations Valdosta, Ga Americus, Ga Blackshear, Ga Warm Springs, Ga One location per day twice every month Four days - twice monthly. Pays mileage Basic Responsibilities Walk-through Fix things Take Photos Tasks include: Sweeping out units when someone moves out Picking up trash left by tenants Fixing gates when broke Repairing fences around properties Help with move in & move out of tenants Over-locking tenants that are late Running auctions when we have them Maintaining the properties so they are kept clean and orderly Repairing doors that are broke Repairing latches that are broke Helping with emergencies when needed Documenting work done and reporting to the office Part time job with set amount of hours Please email your resume and contact information.
