Found Deceased Black Cat Milwaukie

I just spotted a deceased full grown black cat on Milwaukie Expressway (Hwy. 224). The location is eastbound between on 224. Between 224/ Hwy 99 (Mcloughlin) Intersection and Harrison Street (Mike's Drive In). I would say 400 yards from Harrison St in the eastbound lanes. There are some reddish apartments right behind where I spotted the cat. I'm so sorry if this is your cat. I spotted the cat approximately 10:30am today 9/6.
