Description
This male Eclectus was hatched March 24 2022. He is FULLY weaned and eating a diet of fresh chop ( no seeds, and very little unfortified pellets ). He's been tested and has a clean bill of health. I'm posting a picture of
his testing results in this ad.
He steps up and loves shoulder rides and has quickly learned "turn around" on his perch using target training.
These birds Eclectus Parrots require a very fresh UNFORTIFIED diet, they do not do well on processed foods, even pellets used to feed other parrots. Fresh veggies and fruits are a must.
If you need a basic recipe for making chop which you can freeze, I can give it to you.
He comes with everything, a huge cage as pictured that measures 3 feet wide and deep and is about 60 inches tall.
Also a Java wood perch that sells for about 150 dollars new. And an assortment of toys.
The rehoming fee I'm asking is to partially recoup what I've already spent but isn't exactly cheap so please do research to get an idea of what these things cost including an Eclectus from a breeder.
I have a deluxe back pack style bird carrier that is brand new which I will send him to his new home in which cost over 100 dollars. I will not ship him. Located in Hackensack NJ
