Permanent job for the right person that could include housing! Full time handyman for 3 mobile home parks. Must have reliable transportation and tools! Must know how to do carpentry, install flooring (carpet/vinyl), basic plumbing and electrical, painting, install doors, windows, bathtubs, showers, surrounds, toilets, vanities, cabinets, etc. Do not contact me if you do drugs and do not come to work daily on time. Pay is $600 cash weekly for 40 hrs. or you can work 35 hrs. weekly and pay will be the same per hour without housing. You must prove yourself in order to be eligible for housing to be included. If housing is included, pay will be $14.00 per hr. cash weekly. This equates to $39,000 NET per yr. or $50,000+ gross with housing included.
