We are searching for a lead maintenance tech in Greenfield, WI. Daily workload includes apartment make readies, work orders, problem solving, helping other techs and property upkeep. We are seeking for someone with basic carpenter skills, basic plumbing skills, basic electrical skills, and must be able to paint apartment units. Pay is based on your experience and your skills. If you can paint and have any HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing - Jack of all Master of none - combination of those skills we want you for our team!
