THIS PAIR IS NOT GOOD FOR BREEDERS. ...They are healthy and bonded but they have never bred successfully although they try. Even though they have been together for over 2 years the female has never laid an egg and they've never built a nest. THIS PAIR IS NOT GOOD FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO HANDLE OR TRAIN BIRDS. . They are not hand trained. Their wings are not clipped. They like being in their large cage even if i keep the door open. But they do not want to be held. They will not sit on your finger. THIS PAIR IS PERFECT FOR THOSE WHO WANT A HAPPY ADDITION TO THEIR HOME. Ive had this pair for 2 years. They look very much alike. They are very funny and a lot of fun to watch. They preen each other and the male occasionally sings to the female. They love being spritzed with cool water and blow dried with cool air.. They are very healthy. They eat a full diet of cockatiel seed, scrambled eggs, some vegetables and treats.. Perfect for someone who wants a happy couple of cockatiels without having to worry about breeding and handling. They are active and noisy in the morning....than they take naps in the afternoon. Rehoming fee of two hundred and fifty dollars firm. Im not in a rush to sell them because I want to find a good home for them. I love them but have 14 others birds that breed and am running out of space. I am in the art district downtown LA.
