Job Description Farrior & Sons, Inc. is seeking to hire a Commercial Construction Superintendent to provide on-site coordination for all phases of the construction project. Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, materials, and equipment, ensuring that all specifications are met and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. Superintendent shall be responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety. Essential Functions Schedule subcontractors and vendors. Communicate with team regarding Change Orders, RFI’ s & Submittals. Ensure that subcontractors are fully executing & complying with their contracted scope of work. Assist in obtaining permits or approval of revisions. Maintain Daily Logs. Perform job progress and completion punch list identification and completion. Maintain a clean, organized and safe workplace. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Provide direction and correspond with up to 30+ subcontractors and suppliers. Ability to identify deficient work and provide solutions. Maintain communication through phone, written logs, email, and computer devices. Ability to read blueprints. Physically lift up to 100lbs. Ability to withstand outdoor weather conditions. * Qualifications: Minimum 5 years’ experience. Vehicle, medical, and 401K benefits available. Pay commensurate with experience.
