We will be operating a stall at the Oklahoma State Fair and urgently need some dependable helping hands! This is a casual and temporary position offering a generous $20 per hour.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are promoting a NEW innovative toy and will need someone who is confident to:
- Demonstrate the product (you will be taught how to do this - it's super easy!)
- Sell the product
- Greet customers
- Cover stall for staff breaks
- Professional appearance
- Help set up booth and tables
AVAILABILITY:
The State Fair runs from 15th-25th of September at the Oklahoma City Fair Grounds. We would need your availability during these days. The hour the show is open are as follows:
Sunday-Thursday: 10 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Friday-Saturday: 10 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
You would be required to commit to 8 hour shifts through this period, on weekends, and evenings too.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be 18 years of age or older to apply for this job
- Must work well with others
- Must be comfortable with the product we are selling
- Reliable transportation to and from the State Fair
- Basic customer service skills
- Outgoing/Bubbly personality
- Prior retail sales experience (not necessary but a bonus)
- Meet availability requirements
