Two extremely busy, husband-wife healthcare executives with high expectations, looking for part-time property manager for Dutchess County weekend residence. Position responsibilities include seasonal property maintenance, including lawn/shrub/tree care; snow removal; overall property maintenance; pool maintenance; maintenance of exterior structure; pest removal; maintenance of home systems (electric, generator, heating, AC); maintenance of interior of home (light carpentry, wall repair, painting, handyman skills, etc.). Separate cleaning service cleans the interior of the house. May use subcontractors for certain systems in the home (air condition, electrical, etc.) but expect the property manager to arrange for these as needed and to be proactive in overall care of the property. Property is several acres, so riding mower and snow plow for long driveway required. Looking for a seasoned property professional; can be a second job, but must be available at certain times to meet with owners, contractors, etc.
