Description
i have a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment i need paint and vinyl plank to be put in (no need to tear up any flooring, just put the plank over it. Also need a small wall to be built and put in a door in that wall.
I will not put any deposit down at all, so if you are looking for someone to give you 30% upfront, please pass on my ad. Not looking for unprofessional people with a bad attitude. Preferably someone with insurance or license.
