We need a licensed roofing contractor to install a roof-over on our 912 square feet mobile home in "Holiday Condo" park. We got an estimate of seven thousand dollars for the job from one contractor but our budget is lower than that, so we are still looking. If we don't get a better estimate, we will be willing to have the roof replaced with new shingles if it costs less. Also, the streets in our community are very narrow, so you must have a smaller truck for the job. Thanks.
