We are a leading manufacturer of the highest quality semi-custom power boats conveniently located in Largo, Florida. We are a stable, and growing company that has been in business for over 30 years offering steady full-time employment and a tremendous amount of growth opportunity! This is considered an entry level position; onsite training is provided! We are looking for Detailers to join our ever-growing finishing team. You will be participating in quality control/detailing on brand new powerboats. Previous detailing, polishing, or finishing experience is a plus. This position requires working within our non-climate controlled facility. Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM Responsibilities: • Utilizing job specific hand tools. • Sanding, Polishing and buffing boat surfaces. • Inspecting and finishing fiberglass on all surfaces. • Performing assembly-type functions, using hand or power tools. Qualifications: • Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment. • Ability to utilize hand and power tools including sanders and grinders. • Reliable transportation to commit to the work schedule. • Ability to work in manufacturing elements. Pay range: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour based on experience.
