Seeking an experienced housecleaner to ONLY help with the following tasks: - **clean floors (no carpet), - we have a dog, so light vacuuming and "swifter" mop **dust (dusting only living room, dining room and my office -no bedroom dusting) **wash 3 bathrooms **wipe outside kitchen counters (no deep cleaning), **load dishwasher IF there are dishes in the sink (I usually do the kitchen). NO laundry, For FRIDAY MORNINGs (AFTER 8AM) - $65 a week - anything extra paid separately - should not take longer than 2 hours total. Paid in cash but must sign receipt confirming payment. I speak Spanish.
