Disabled/Retired Vietnam Veteran seeks help in property maintenance and personal assistance duties. Full-time employment but could become live-in position (with all of the benefits that go with it) for right individual. Prefer younger male but will consider all applicants. Must be energetic, goal oriented and someone who is a perfectionist with an eye for detail. Duties will include home maintenance, some painting and minor repairs as well as personal care duties.
You must be able to carry on an intelligent conversation, be polite, honest and respectful.
Must be able to provide own transportation to and from work, have references, have valid driver's license, be able to speak and understand English and be adaptable to changing job requirements.
Position open immediately! Located on Lake Okeechobee in Pahokee.
Honesty and integrity a must!
