Cocktail Reception 5:30 - 6:00PM CASH BAR ONLY Dinner 6:00PM Show starts promptly at 7:00PM The Publick House Buffet includes the following. Yankee Dinner Buffet w/alterations. Bakery Basket, House Salad. Entrees: Pasta with Bolognese and Alfredo Sauces on the side. Poultry, Chicken with Tarragon sauce, Beef Yankee Pot roast with pan gravy, and Chef's choice of potato and vegetables. Dessert: Warm Deep-Dish Apple Pie with Vanilla Ice Cream.
