S&S Youth Foundation is a fresh approach to nonprofits serving teens in Houston. We have three goals this year: Teach college-bound teens self-confidence and persuasive speaking skills,Allow them to build leadership skills by serving on the S&S board and advisory council, andProvide opportunities to volunteer with a variety of Houston nonprofits.We're inviting teens and parents to join us for our kick-off meeting on Sunday, September 25. We'll explain the program and answer questions. This is also a listening session that will allow teens to tell us what's important to them. We'll use that feedback to help shape our program in the future and teens will have the opportunity to be a part of our leadership youth council. https://www.sandsyouth.org/
