Bex began her career training at Frederic Fekkai 5th Avenue in New York City. Following New York, she moved to Lexington, Kentucky where she took the position as Creative Director of Education at Seasons Salon and Spa. Bex was a top stylist at Salon by milk+honey and also worked as a Kadus color educator and trained extensively in Volumetrics haircutting under Philip Pelusi. While she is trained in all types of cutting, she has spent a number of years perfecting her art of fine hair cutting and coloring to maximize volume and stylability. As a stylist at bex+Co, Bex developed systems to maximize income while minimizing hours and made over 200k as a stylist in 2020 working 32 hours a week. She loves to teach the systems she’s developed during her 20 year stylist career to other stylists. Bex has been featured in multiple publications and recognized for her work as an entrepreneur. Bex opened her first location of bex+Co Salon in 2015 and has since opened five additional locations. She has coached hundreds of stylist and salon owners through their entrepreneurial journey. Dana Mark SoucyOrthopedic Surgeon, Serial Entrepreneur and Commercial Real Estate Investor Dana Soucy is a practicing Orthopedic Surgeon. More recently he has partnered to Co-Own bex+Co. Dana’s entrepreneurial experience include creating a multi-location franchise business and selling for 8 figures after 6 years of ownership. Dana is currently a commercial and residential real estate investor. Most importantly, Dana is a lifetime seeker of what’s important. Chase AlexanderCo-Owner of bex+Co Chase has been in the beauty industry since 2008. Before he began his journey behind the chair in 2012, he managed salons all over Austin. While leading multiple salons, he simultaneously became a certified Customer Experience educator, helping to develop and implement customer experience practices at some of Austin's most notable salons. Bex has been Chase's mentor for more than a decade, so their partnership is not only personal but professional as well. In 2022, Chase became a full-time partner with Bex as co-owner of bex+Co. salons. Chase currently works at bex+Co's newest location in Barton Hills. Chris ChandlerIntegrative Nutrition Health Coach, Multi-Passionate Entrepreneur and Joy Enthusiast Chris Chandler is a husband, brother, son, Integrative Nutrition Health coach, multi-passionate entrepreneur and joy enthusiast. As a Master Instructor at SoulCycle, Chris has cultivated community and connection through indoor cycling for the last seven years in LA, Austin, NYC, and across the USA as a founding instructor through the digital platform, Equinox+. Chris is also an emcee for conferences, a dance party captain, and a small business consultant.
