Free for Members & Students! Come and celebrate the Fall Family Festival at China Institute to commemorate the mid-autumn fall harvest with wishes for prosperity and time spent with family. Mid-autumn is one of the most important festivals in China, when families gather under the full-moon and display lanterns to symbolically illuminate the path to success for the rest of the year. Join our celebration on September 24th with music, art, sugar paintings, interactive activities and much more! Schedule of the Day10:00 am – 10:30 am: Music Performance for All 10:45 am – 11:45 am: Pre-registered workshops Chinese Music Workshop Family Doodle Date Arts and Crafts Workshop (I) Discover China Through Art: China Institute Gallery Tour (I) 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm: Pre-registered workshops Arts and Crafts Workshop (II) Discover China Through Art: China Institute Gallery Tour (II) All ticketed participants are welcomed to interactive stations including Sugar Painting, Arts and Crafts, and Music Instrument Interaction from 10:30 am to 12: 30 pm. Workshops are free to all ticketed participants and require pre-registration. One ticket per person (e.g. 1 adult with 1 child shall register for 2 tickets).
